Why we bake the way we do
We bake European cakes and pies the way they are made at home: honey cake rested overnight so the layers soften into one, airy meringue rolls finished with pistachio and fresh berries, poppy-seed and custard classics that don't travel far from the recipes they came from.
Nothing is mass-produced and nothing sits on a shelf. You order, we bake, and you collect it fresh — or we bring it to you across Austin. We also keep a handful of local coffee shops in cake, and we take on the custom orders for the birthdays and the occasions that matter.
It is a small operation on purpose. Baking to order is the only way we know to keep every cake tasting like it was made for you, because it was.
