How do I place an order?

Choose a cake from the menu and fill in the order form, or message us through the chat for anything custom. Every order is a request — we confirm timing and price with you before we start baking.

How much notice do you need?

Slices and pastries from the case are often ready the same day. Whole cakes need about a day's notice so they can rest and be finished properly. Custom cakes need at least 24 hours, and vegan or gluten-free needs 36.

Do you deliver?

Yes — across Austin. Pickup is always free; for delivery the fee depends on distance and we confirm it when we call to confirm your order.

Can you make a cake for allergies?

Tell us before you order and we'll do our best. Everything is baked in one home kitchen with shared equipment, so we can't guarantee a fully allergen-free environment — flag any serious allergy and we'll be honest about what we can do.

How do custom cakes work?

Start a custom order with the flavor, size, message and any photo or design you have in mind. We reply with a price and a time, and only start once you've confirmed. Minimum 24 hours' notice.

How do I pay?

We confirm your order by phone or message and take payment at that point — cash or card. Your online order is a request, not a charge.
